💡 About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Inside Sales team and support Trakti’s expansion in the UK and Nordics market. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation, engaging with enterprise stakeholders in legal, procurement, and operations teams. You’ll play a key role in building our UK go-to-market engine and accelerating new business growth.

📚 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting activities across multiple channels targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders including legal-ops, in-house counsel, procurement, and operations teams.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, contract complexity, and existing tools.
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and contribute to pipeline generation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including notes and stakeholder mapping.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Consistently meet and exceed targets for outreach, SQLs, and pipeline value.

🎓 Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in SDR or outbound sales roles within SaaS, FinTech, LegalTech, RegTech, or enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Native-level English proficiency; Italian is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage environments is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools, growth-hacking, and AI-driven outreach techniques.
  • Right to work in the UK.
